Add a new post with the Add button > News (Top right of screen). Find this News (Blogging) page from the *Space* drop-down, choosing *News* or from *News and Views* in the Navigation tree.

Use the {color:#333333}{*}Rich Text Editor{*}{color} to make it easy to add color and hyperlinks. But note: it seems that not all browsers (or not all browsers on all machines) enable the {color:#333333}{*}Rich Text Editor{*}{color} with its handy toolbar. So, if you don't see the {color:#333333}{*}Rich Text Editor{*}{color} tab above the editing box, Cancel the edit and try another browser. (IE and Firefox usually host the *RTF/HTML* option; Opera and Safari for Windows do not, offering only the {color:#333333}{*}Wiki Markup{*}{color} option.
Copy and Paste from a Microsoft/Outlook document? We recommend that you copy and paste into a text editor (like Notepad) first to "strip" MS formatting codes from the text.
