Current plans are to have light refreshments at our 10:00 AM meeting...most likely coffee and beignets.
Although we have a designated topic, experience from last year will let us leave the option open for other topics.

SPOTLIGHT SESSION--Science of Hot Sauce
Speakers include: Dr. Ben Villalon, or "Dr. Pepper," a retired Texas Extension Specialist who will discuss the scientific properties of hot sauces and more spicy information; and Cindy and Eddie Darce, owners of a local hot pepper relish company who will do a food demonstration.
The Hot Sauce session is sponsored by four Divisions who have generously accepted our small donation to their Spotlight Session and given us a co-hosting acknowledgement.
