VI. Advisory Council
The Advisory Council consists of the Chairs of all the committees and active groups, as specified the Chapter Governance Document. It is the purpose of this Manual to enlarge upon the details of these responsibilities, to assist the officers and Chairs in fulfilling their duties.

VII. Groups
Groups within a Chapter may be established by the Chapter. Groups shall receive needed operating funds from the Chapter and shall submit to the Chapter an annual report including a financial statement. Should dissolution of a Group occur, its assets shall revert to the Chapter. Formation or dissolution of a Group shall be reported to the Chapter Cabinet officers and the Association Office.
