EP's EBSCOhost Product Management team is currently seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst to gather, analyze, document and validate the needs of project stakeholders within our organization. As the principal conduit through which requirements flow between the customer community and the software development team, the Senior Requirements Analyst plays a central role in collecting and disseminating product information.

Required qualifications include:

The ideal candidate will have experience in library services or products and a strong understanding of search, academic research, and/or library sciences. Must have highly demonstrable skills creating user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, screen prototypes and functional specifications. The ability to multi-task and work independently is critical, while maintaining team involvement and meeting deadlines and deliverables. Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and accurate; with strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude are necessary in this position.
