Part-Time Reference Librarian

Position: Part-Time Reference Librarian
Organization: University of Massachusetts Dartmouth
Location: No. Dartmouth, MA

The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth seeks a reference librarian to work at the reference desk and participate in other projects related to reference service.

Qualifications
MLS from an ALA-accredited institution or equivalent strongly preferred; MLS candidates who have completed coursework in reference services may be considered.

Other qualifications include: reference experience, preferably in an academic library; strong interpersonal communications skills, and a demonstrated ability to work with colleagues and library users.

Hours
This is a 12-16 hour/week position, including Thursday evenings, and a full day on Friday; another 3.5 hour shift on a weekday is available.
