Annually the DC Chapter collaborates with the Law Librarians, DC Library Association and other local organizations to provide a Joint Spring Workshop to about 120 metro DC librarians.  Each group rotates the chair's position.

Joint Spring Workshop 2008: *Knowledge Management: What Is the Librarian's Role? *What does it take to be a leader in the Knowledge Management arena? How do I ensure that the library is an integral part of the Knowledge Management process?
