2007- Jeanette Reagan of the Asia Chapter established a mentoring program for Asian Chapter board members. Since most Asian Chapter Board members have little background in SLA, Jeanette thought that it would be useful for Asian Chapter board members to be able to seek advice from SLA Fellows about how to better perform their roles. While this mentoring program has only just gotten off the ground, we hope that more Asian Board members will take advantage of this program in coming years.
