Here is a place we can share chapter news that might have application across all or some of the chapters and also a way to get ideas shared, questions answered from each other.  So let's see what happens.

While we await the Association's new Strategic Plan (SP), the folks in the Boston Chapter (well, okay, I) have a few questions: a) How and to what extent will the Association expect Chapter- and Division-level SPs to dovetail with the Association's plan? b) How much of the Chapter- and Division-level plan will be unique based on geography? (i.e. accounting for such factors as mix of industry, unique economic circumstances, job availability, concentration of members etc.) c) What exactly IS the role of the Chapters/Divisions from the perspective of the Association, especially given the growing concentration of tools and resources being made available at Association-level (not a bad thing, by the way)?

Your thoughts, guesses, educated opinions are most welcome.  Alan Thibeault
