The ease of interaction makes wikis an effective tool for collaboration. Wikis can be considered a content management system. The Special Libraries Association (SLA) selected Confluence, a wiki application, for its members. Helpful hints if you are new to SLA's wiki User account: If you have not already created a log in, please start by creating a username/password. You only have to create a user account once. Note: For wikis that are closed, you will need to request access by the wiki administrator. Icons used by Confluence: For example, an external link is indicated by a green arrow that points to the right after a link.
